2021 HOLIDAY ORDERING UPDATES

 

As the holiday season approaches, we want you ensure awareness of our wholesale ordering policies to ensure accuracy, avoid shipping mistakes, and set up your shop for success.

Q4 LEAD TIMES + MINIMUMS

Our lead times will remain at 1-3 business days and our minimum at $250 during the holiday season. Orders are shipped on a first come, first serve basis.

SHIPPING CUT OFF DATES

For delivery before Black Friday/Cyber Monday and Christmas, please keep the following cut off dates in mind:

Christmas
East Coast/Midwest: Thursday 12/9 @ 11am PST
West Coast: Tuesday 12/14 @ 11am PST

INVENTORY

While we are not experiencing the same supply and production issues as 2020, however, we are expecting this season to be busy and our team to be working at capacity (as we make the product that we sell in house!). We encourage you to place your orders for the holidays sooner rather than later. We highly recommend replacing any sold out product or scent with another item to keep your sales going. Please utilize our Back In Stock notification on each product listing to get notified as soon as an item is back.

TESTERS
We do not offer testers at this time. Our production team is fully focused on building our existing inventory to keep your shelves stocked with our best-selling skus. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

CONFIRM ORDERS
Before completing payment and submitting your order on our wholesale website, please confirm that your order is correct. Any changes made to orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be accommodated. Any changes or cancellations to orders are subject to a 10% re-packing/stocking fee. If your order has already been packed up or shipped, we will not be able to accept any changes to your order. There is no fee to add to your order, however a new order will be invoiced with an additional shipping charge added.

DAMAGES OR REPLACEMENTS
All breakages or mis-ships must be reported within 5 business days. Please send us an email at wholesale@pfcandleco.com and include your order #, which product(s) - size + scent - were damaged, and attach an image of the damage for our records. We ask that you check your full order as soon as it is received.

here. We have lifestyle/product images, production shots, and logos available to use on your webshop, in your emails, or on socials. We have also compiled website copy here for you to quickly access and add to your site or product listings. Please note that re-selling on 3rd party sites such as Amazon, Ebay, Etsy, etc are strictly prohibited.
