Canadian orders are shipped via USPS by our logistics center unless requested otherwise via email before the order is placed. Our lead time for Canadian orders is 5-7 business days, not including transit time. Any issues in clearing customs may result in delays in receiving your shipment or having your shipment returned to the sender. The receiver is responsible for all custom & duty costs and P.F. will not reimburse for return to sender due to failure to pay custom fees, failure to coordinate brokerage beforehand or incorrect addresses.

As of July 1, 2020, a new trade agreement between the United States, Canada, and Mexico replaced the existing NAFTA agreement. Below are some advantages of the USMCA over the NAFTA:

• Duties and taxes are decreased for imports into Canada and Mexico, potentially reducing overall shipping costs.
• Value limits increase, reducing the amount of documentation required.
• Volumes of full clearance decrease, lowering costs and increasing efficiencies.
• Quicker clearance for more shipments.

A copy of a USMCA is provided upon request via email. Please note it will not be included in your shipment but if you need a copy, reach out to us via email at wholesale@pfcandleco.com.

Please note that the USMCA does not waive taxes + duties/broker fees. To make up the difference and maintain profit margins, we encourage our Canadian accounts to adjust their MSRPs in order to account for any accrued costs. Any orders over $3.3k do not qualify for reduced duties.
