New wholesale accounts are required to submit an application prior to approval. Retailers must disclose valid business names, contact information, and domain addresses for any and all websites on which P.F. Candle Co. products are sold. We require a valid reseller permit # for US accounts in order to mark a wholesale account as tax exempt.


We require a $250 USD minimum on all orders, including new and existing accounts. All orders must be paid in full before product is shipped from our Los Angeles warehouse.

Orders are processed and shipped from our Los Angeles warehouse within 1-3 business days, not including transit time. Our warehouse is open Monday-Friday only.

You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order, and the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 48 hours once a label has been created.

Increased lead times - our lead time may increase to 4-7 business days during periods of high order volume such as the holiday season from October through mid-December and around launches and major promotions. Please plan for additional processing time for estimated delivery dates or reach out to our team for more information.

Large orders - orders over 100+ units may be made to order and require a longer lead time. Please contact us at wholesale@pfcandleco.com for information about availability. Full payment or a percentage down payment on the order total may be required in order to begin production. Please note that we are unable to hold inventory for any order until full payment is received as orders are placed on a first come, first serve basis.

International customers - for international shipment lead times, please email wholesale@pfcandleco.com.

All products are shipped in case pack quantities and must be ordered as such:

  • 6-pack - All candle styles, Reed Diffusers, Room & Linen Sprays, Hand & Body Wash, Alchemy Incense Cones
  • 12-pack - Classic Incense Sticks, Car Fragrance
  • 10-pack - Wick Trimmers
All of our products are shipped in compostable pulp packaging in cardboard boxes to prevent breakages.

In the event that a product is oversold or out of stock, P.F. Candle Co. may backorder this item and ship at a later date or issue a refund. We reserve the right to cancel or backorder items at any time.

Our products are not available in sample sizes in an effort to avoid excess waste as part of our Climate Neutral status. We believe in our high quality products and fragrances, and our team is available to offer suggestions for your store to guarantee a positive reception from customers and high sell-through. We do not offer testers at this time, please stay tuned for future wholesale emails for any updates.

Our in-house fulfillment team works fast to get your order out to you. Once an order is placed, we are extremely limited in our ability to make changes or cancellations; we will try our best but are unable to make request guarantees.

If an order has already been packed or shipped, we cannot accept change requests. If shipped, please contact the shipping carrier directly to make changes or delivery arrangements. P.F. Candle Co. is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping information.

If you need to update your information, edit or cancel your order, please reach to wholesale@pfcandleco.com out as soon as possible after placing your order. Please note that our business hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm PST.

Fees - any changes or cancellations to orders are subject to a 10% re-packing/stocking charge. We do not refund shipping costs for incorrect shipment addresses. If a replacement shipment is requested, shipping cost must be paid a second time.

Promotions are applied to new orders only. We do not retroactively honor discounted pricing on pending or previously placed orders. No additional discounts can be applied during a promotion.

Standard Payment - accepted methods of payment include credit card, PayPal, check, and bank transfer. Payment is due in full upon order placement.

Credit Term Payment - if provided merchandise on credit, it is your responsibility to remit payment in full within 30 days of receiving your order. Failure to make full payment by the due date will result in a 5% surcharge fee for each delinquent week the invoice goes unpaid. All credit term customers must keep a card on file in order to prevent overdue invoices and streamline shipping processes. In the event of an unpaid or overdue invoice, the card on file will be charged.

NET Terms - NET60 terms are available via Faire and Bulletin platforms to US / Canada brick + mortar stores. Terms are not available to online-only shops, pop-ups, booths, mobile boutiques.

Shop Pay Installments - Shop Pay offers customers the option to pay in full at checkout, or to split their purchase into 4 equal, interest-free installment payments for orders up to $3,000 USD. There are no additional charges, interest rates, or late fees.

P.F. Candle Co. does not accept return to vendor refunds. Please see our Returns & Exchanges or 90-Day Buy-Back policies below.


The receiver is responsible for all shipping and handling costs and expenses, which may include customs clearance, import fees, and local taxes. Transit times are the sole discretion of the carrier. Once shipped, an order's tracking information is outside of our control, and as much as we'd like to be there, final delivery is out of our hands. P.F. Candle Co. is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, and we cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time.

International orders are shipped via Fedex International or DHL Express. Please note that your order will not ship until payment is made in full and is confirmed by our AP department, or otherwise negotiated. Please allow at least 14 business days from the time of your order for shipment. Note that the quoted shipping fee is subject to change and P.F. is not responsible for any cost changes made by carriers for the actual cost.

Any and all taxes/duties are the responsibility of the buyer. P.F. is not responsible for taxes/duties or any costs associated with failure to pay taxes/duties, incorrect shipment address, and/or not disclosing broker information prior to placing your order. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Canadian customers - additional duties and taxes may apply, however we do provide a USMCA upon request with every shipment which helps decrease duties and taxes for wholesale orders under $3,300. If you ever need this form, please reach out to us via email at wholesale@pfcandleco.com and we would be happy to provide you with a USMCA that is valid for up to one year.

Once an order is placed, a pickup date will be provided to the customer by a P.F. representative. Arrangements must be made by the customer to have their order picked up within 5 business days of the provided pickup date. If arrangements have not been made and the customer fails to pick up their order within those 5 business days, the order may be subject to a storage fee and/or cancellation.


All prices are listed in US dollars. Authorized retailers will receive approximately 50% off of the MSRP which varies by product. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Products purchased from P.F. Candle Co. shall only be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) listed on www.pfcandleco.com or provided by us for international accounts outside of the US.

Canadian MSRP prices are listed here. Failure to abide by these guidelines may result in suspension of your account.


Sales on Amazon.com, Ebay.com, and/or similar third-party sites are not allowed without prior explicit permission from P.F. Candle Co. Retailers selling on sites without prior approval may have their account suspended.

If a retailer operates under, sells as, or Does Business As any name other than the one which the account was registered and/or shipped to, this name must be on file with P.F. Candle Co. P.F. Candle Co. reserves the right to suspend the wholesale relationship should they find a retailer is selling their distributed products under a secondary, unregistered name.

Approved sellers who have intentional or repeated failure to abide by the MAP policy on Amazon and/or similar sites will result in suspension of the wholesale account as well as loss of approval to sell on those sites. It is P.F. Candle Co.’s sole discretion whether or not to provide prior notice or issue warnings before discontinuing the wholesale relationship and/or approval to continue selling on Amazon and/or similar sites.

P.F. Candle Co. reserves the right to limit the number of approved retailers selling on Amazon and/or similar third-party sites.

P.F. Candle Co. does not allow any account or retailer to distribute our products to other businesses without prior consent.

P.F. Candle Co. reserves the right not to sell to any reseller found to be in violation of this policy and/or the wholesale terms and conditions. However, P.F. Candle Co. will not be held responsible for enforcement of this policy or lack thereof. P.F. Candle Co. will act accordingly when deemed necessary and to the fullest extent of the law.

P.F. Candle Co. does not offer exclusivity to any account for any reason, even in neighborhoods with a high volume of PF. retailers. While we understand the need to stand apart from competition, we find that our boutiques tend to have a high sell-through rate regardless of neighboring stockists or distance between retailers.

When P.F. product is displayed across many retailers’ shelves, it increases consumer confidence in our high-quality, much loved products. We suggest adding a new line to your collection or picking up products that are specific to your customer base or that are not sold by neighboring stores to differentiate your assortment.

All products must be sold in original packaging. Any alteration and/or obstruction of product labels or branding material is strictly prohibited.

P.F. Candle Co. does not allow any tampering of product by melting and/or repackaging it. Any reseller that is found to have created unauthorized samples, testers, or products under the P.F. Candle Co. name and trademark will be found in violation and we reserve the right to take legal course if deemed necessary.


P.F. Candle Co. does not accept returns or exchanges on products purchased at wholesale cost. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise, with exception to our 90-day buy-back policy.

We recommend giving our products a try for at least 90 days. If the product is still not selling in your shop after this time period, we can offer a buy-back to exchange the product for something that will sell in your shop. Please email our team for more info. Our buy-back policy is only eligible for orders placed directly on our wholesale website and we are not able to offer buy-backs on seasonal or limited edition scents.

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery. In the case of damaged/defective merchandise or shipping errors, you must contact P.F. Candle Co. within 5 business days of receiving the merchandise.

All damaged merchandise will be replaced or credited upon notice within 5 business days. Shipping errors will be corrected within 5 business days of receiving notice of the error. P.F. Candle Co. requests proof of damaged merchandise such as photos or video to honor replacements or a credit, and a batch number may be required.
