Order Minimums

Our standard order minimum is $250. Shop Pay is available at checkout for interest-free payments made in four bi-weekly installments.

Q4 Lead Times

Processing lead time is 1-3 business days. Please allow for additional time during promotions and ahead of shipping cutoff dates.
Our logistics partner works incredibly fast. For this reason, we are unable to make edits once an order is placed.
Once scanned in by the shipping carrier, domestic transit times range from 3-15 business days, depending on shipping method and delivery destination.

Shops located in AK, HI, and Canada should plan for an additional transit time.

We are proud to make the product we sell in-house right here in sunny Los Angeles!
Inventory is looking good this year, but we do still run into occasional supply chain issues or sell through a product faster than anticipated.
That said,
we highly encourage that you place your holiday orders sooner rather than later, as we cannot guarantee availability.

To secure inventory that you would like to ship and pay for at a later date, reach out to our team at and we’ll be glad to help with that,
or utilize our Back In Stock notification on each product listing to get notified as soon as an item is back on the site.


We are fully focused on building our existing inventory and do not offer testers at this time.

Confirming Orders

Please confirm that your order information is correct before completing payment, as we cannot accommodate any changes on orders that are in process or have shipped.
Any changes or cancellations to orders are subject to a 10% re-packing/stocking fee.
There is no fee to add to your order, however a new order will be invoiced with an additional shipping charge added.

Damages or Replacements

Stuff happens! If you encounter any breakages or mis-ships, please reach out with the following:

Your order number
Which product(s) were damaged or missing, including size & scent
Images or video of any damages for our records

We ask that you check your full order as soon as it arrives and contact us with any issues within 5 business days.
