Processing lead time is currently 1-3 business days, but may extend to 4-7 business days during periods of high order volume, for example, 2-3 weeks ahead of shipping cutoff dates.Once shipping labels are scanned in by the carrier, domestic transit times range from 3-15 business days, depending on shipping method and delivery destination.
For on-time delivery within the contiguous U.S., please plan to order by the dates below.Shops located in AK, HI, and Canada should plan for an additional transit time.
Please confirm that your order information is correct before completing payment. Our in-house fulfillment team works fast to get your order out to you and we are extremely limited in our ability to make changes or cancellations once an order is in processing. Any changes or cancellations to orders are subject to a 10% re-packing/stocking fee.
We are proud to make the product we sell in-house right here in sunny Los Angeles! We try our best to remain well stocked, but occasionally do run out of stock on items, especially during high volume seasons, so we highly encourage that you place your holiday orders sooner rather than later, as we cannot guarantee availability.To secure inventory that you would like to ship and pay for at a later date, reach out to our team at wholesale@pfcandleco.com and we’ll be glad to help with that, or utilize our Back In Stock notification on each product listing to get notified as soon as an item is back on the site.
